Working at a locally owned bike shop can be a blast! We have shop parties, go for pre work rides, and get to build fun custom bikes so customers can ride their dream rig. That being said a lot goes into running a bike shop other than working on bikes. We have inventory to import into our point of sales and correctly price and put on the floor. We have to answer the phone constantly - mostly when we are in the middle of doing another task - and chat with customers about anything from a weird sound on their bike to ordering a part to paying a deposit over the phone. There is lots and lots and lots of organization to do A L L T H E T I M E!!!
Here at Salt Cycles our goal is to get people out there on bikes and keep them rolling! We are looking for people to join our team that have an interested in making the biking community a family, love learning new things, always trying to improve themselves and the spaces around them, and is a team player.
