Schedule Your Bike Tune

Payment is required upon pick up of bike.
Bike tunes DO NOT include replacement parts unless stated on Bike Service Menu. See what each tune service includes on our Bike Service Menu page.
If there are major issues with your bike mechanics will text/call you before proceeding
Bike must be clean-ish, if it is too dirty to work on you are subject to a $10 bike wash fee
Your bike must be at the shop the evening before your scheduled tune, or opening (11am) the day of your tune. If we receive your bike too late in the day of your scheduled tune it may be pushed back a day or two.
We do not schedule tunes for Saturday as this is reserved for walk in quick fixes. During peak season (mid summer and/or race season) Pro Tunes and Race Ready Tunes may not be available due to time constraints.
Pro Tunes and Race Tunes are NO LONGER available!! Why?? Because you guys are keeping us so busy we can’t keep up with the rate you bring in the bikes while maintaining a decent turn around time. So on behalf of the mechanics sanity we had to remove them from the scheduling app. They will return again come October.
We do our best to complete the scheduled tunes when they are set for but due to unforseen problems (employees out sick, can’t order a part in, or having complications with the bike itself, etc.) we can’t always have them done. If you have a trip coming up please schedule your tune with enough time before hand so that neither of us a sweating a deadline and everything can run smoothly.
